The authors are cordially invited to to submit paper on line to a member of Editorial Board. Manuscripts submitted to this journal will be considered for publication with the understanding that the same work has not been published and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere. The papers submitted to the journal are refereed within 3 months. Upon acceptance the papers are published within 3 months. Authors interested to submit a survey paper, please download a Survey Proposal Form and send it by e-mail. Instruction for authors
The papers are refereed in the
traditional manner, with two anonymous referees. Please prepare your manuscript in AMS-LaTeX (template can be downloaded from here) and send figures/illustrations as eps files (each figure/illustration in a separate file). Publication ethics policy The management of the International Mathematical Virtual Institute (IMVI, in further), in the name of IMVI (as publisher) and the Scientific Society of Mathematicians Banja Luka (as roof organization), is committed to following the Code of Conduct (http://publicationethics.org/resources/code-conduct) and Best Practice Guidelines (http://publicationethics.org/resources/guidelines) of COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) (http://publicationethics.org/). It is a duty of our editors to follow Cope Guidance for Editors (http://publicationethics.org/files/Guidance%20for%20Editors%20Research,%20Audit%20and%20Service%20Evaluations.pdf) and our peer-reviewers must follow COPE Ethical Guidelines for Peer Reviewers (http://publicationethics.org/files/COPEEthicalGuidelines_%20for_PeerReviewersDRAFT28Jan13_%20for_%20feedback.pdf). Manuscripts submitted to the publicaions of IMVI will be considered for publication with the understanding that the same work has not been published and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
The authors should ensure that they have written entirely original work with appropriately cited works of other authors used in the paper.
The corresponding author should ensure that all co-authors have seen and approved the final version of the paper and have agreed to its submission for publication. IMVI will immediately reject papers leading to the following ethical violations:
- Data fabrication and falsification In addition to the immediate rejection of the infringing manuscript, IMVI will not consider any other papers submitted to any of our journals by the same authors (individually or in combination with other authors). The authors of the infringing manuscript will be dismissed from serving on the Editorial Board of any journal published by IMVI. When an author discovers a significant error or inaccuracy in his/her own published work, it is the authors obligation to notify the publisher and cooperate with the editor to retract or correct the paper.
When a reader discovers a significant error or inaccuracy in a paper or book published by IMVI, or have any other complaint about editorial content (plagiarism, duplicate papers, etc.), he/she should make a complaint by e-mail to: imvibl@hotmail.com. We welcome complaints as they provide an opportunity for improvement, and we aim to respond quickly and constructively.
In the event a published work is found to be in violation of publication ethics, the management of IMVI shall follow the procedure above accordin to author(s). Sanctions issued by the Committee on ublications may also include, but are not limited to, a written apology from the author(s); a retraction or correction in the journal in which the publication appeared; or, in the case of a published book, a retraction or corrections in a publication of IMVI. |
